Made with a large sponge base, then hidden under lashings of butter cream topping is a sponge cake topping. So its moist and rich but not soooo gooey you will certainly manage to finish your slice!
Easy to cut and serve you slice from one side to the other, lay the cake on its side and everyone can enjoy a large slice of cupcake.
