CannDoCakes endeavour to dispatch all orders within two or three working days from receipt of your order.(At busy times like Christmas couriers are very busy but we do try our very best!) If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time we will contact you.
Next Working Day Delivery
(With Next Day service someone must be at the address given to sign for the packages safe arrival. The parcel will not be delivered if there is no-one to sign for it, and that leads to a courier charge and delay being incurred) Working days are Monday to Friday and will not include Bank Holidays
We package to the best of our ability but should the parcel arrive damaged please check contents and inform us immediately if the goods do not arrive in perfect condition, then we can arrange for a replacement and uplift.
Returns

If the product you have ordered is FAULTY or mis sent by Notanotherwebsite.co.uk you have the usual 30 days in which to return it.
If you have a change of heart for any reason you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a prompt replacement or refund.
ALL FRESHLY COOKED PRODUCTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURN UNLESS DISCUSSED IMMEDIATELY.

When returning products for your own protection please use a secure method such as recorded delivery (depending upon value). We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. Lost goods cannot be credited.

When you have selected if you would rather pick your item up this is easy to arrange, and with many of the more delicate cakes & desserts is the best option.

Local Delivery is within a 5miles (£3.50), 10 miles (£5.00) or 15 mile (£7.50) radius from the company base of SO21 3RY and charges vary depend upon oder size. Prices quoted for small individual orders.
