Medium cookies freshly baked with free range eggs make up 12 to 16 per batch or you can have them made smaller and get about 24 cookies, or even one large 11" cookie cake, depending upon how many and what finish you would like.
(Medium are perfect if you just want to enjoy cookies the fun and traditional way).
Flour can be traditional or gluten free.
